Movement classes in Berlin
Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to a practice you know well, these classes are spaces to arrive, explore, and feel genuinely at home in your body. Each one has its own texture and focus, but they all share the same underlying invitation: curiosity over perfection, sensation over performance.
Fluentbody
somatic movement, breath, awareness
Tuesdays 08:30-09:30 am Gartenstudio, Thiemannstrasse Berlin
Fridays 12:30-13:10 pm ZBK, Weichselplatz Berlin
Fluentbody™ is a somatic movement practice that invites you to reconnect with your body and the present moment. Through guided intuitive movement, breath and awareness exercises, we explore gentle, expressive, and powerful ways of moving without judgment or the need to perform.
You’ll move, sweat, slow down, feel, and gently shake things back into place. A Fluentbody class can be grounding and energizing at the same time, helping you release tension, awaken sensation, and find softness and strength in your body.
Come as you are: no dance or movement experience needed, just curiosity.

  • Movement · Coordination · Play · 60 min
Wednesdays 5-6 pm, Gartenstudio, Thiemannstrasse Berlin

After a long, structured day this is where you loosen up. Mobility & Strength blends mat work with across-the-floor exploration, soft acrobatic elements, and intuitive movement to help you find coordination, strength, and creativity in your body.
Less structured than yoga, more playful than a workout, this class invites you to discover what your body can do when you give it a little freedom and direction at the same time.

No experience needed. Just a willingness to explore and work.

  • Yoga · Strength · Awareness · 60 min
Tuesdays 10:15-11:15 am Gartenstudio, Thiemannstrasse Berlin

A dynamic full-body yoga class combining creative flows, strength, and mobility. Rooted in the alignment principles of Ashtanga and inspired by functional movement patterns, this class guides you through well-structured sequences to build stability, flexibility, and a deeper sense of how you inhabit your body.
With somatic cues, clear alignment guidance, and optional hands-on assists, you're invited to move in a way that feels genuinely supportive. Variations are offered so the practice meets you where you are.
Small group setting. Personal attention. Space for questions.

  • Full Body · Yoga · 75 min
Tuesdays 18-19:15 pm Yogahome Karl-Kunger-Strasse Berlin

A grounding practice rooted in the first Ashtanga primary series — structured enough to settle into, alive enough to challenge you. The repeating sequence becomes a thread you return to week after week: familiar, clarifying, and quietly transformative.
Breath and movement stay connected throughout. Strength, flexibility, and focus all woven in. And because the class is small, there's genuine space: for alignment guidance, personal assists, and your questions to actually get answered.
Whether you're new to Ashtanga or returning to your practice — this is a place to land, move, and leave feeling more like yourself.

  • Anxiety shows up differently for everyone, as a quiet background hum, a sudden wave, a tightness in the chest, a mind that won't slow down. Whatever shape it takes for you, you're not alone in it.
Anxiety Lab is an immersive weekend workshop for a small group of up to 13 people. Over two and a half days, we create a gentle, honest space to explore anxiety through the nervous system, combining science, somatic movement, shared reflection, and rest. No fixing, no performing. Just learning to understand and relate to what's already here.
Anxiety Club is our 6-week format. Ongoing group, a steady, low-key space to explore and come back to. Each session we explore one aspect of anxiety through movement, body-based tools, and open exchange. Think of it as a regular check-in with yourself, held in good company.
Both spaces are for anyone who wants to understand their anxiety better, build a more trusting relationship with their body, and feel a little less alone with it all.
