Working 1:1

Your body.
Your pace.
Your practice.
One-on-one sessions are an invitation to slow down and receive something that's made entirely for you. No class format, no shared rhythm to follow, just space to arrive, be met, and move in the way your body actually needs right now.
A touch-based somatic session
working from your feet up
A guided exploration of your body's language and wisdom.
A yoga practice built around you.
Footwork
A touch-based somatic session working from your feet up
Your feet carry you through long days, with heavy loads and with all the patterns your body has learned to hold.

Based on the Grinberg footwork method, a bodywork approach that uses the feet as a gateway to the entire body, we use breath, body awareness, and touch to release tension, reduce stress and find more space in the body.

A session takes one hour and takes place in Neukölln.
There is the option for a single session or to dive into a deeper process and meet on a regular basis.

Curious? Send me an email and we find a date.

Yoga 1:1
A yoga practice built around your personal needs.
Rooted in Ashtanga and shaped by years of somatic exploration, my yoga 1:1 sessions are fully personalised, always starting with where you are right now.
Together we look at what you need: maybe that's building a steady practice, working with a specific part of the body, or finding more ease in movement. Each session weaves together asana, breath, somatic awareness, and meditation, in whatever combination serves you most.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or deepening an existing practice, this is a space to move at your own pace, ask your real questions, and be genuinely met.

Why work 1:1?
Sometimes the most powerful work happens one on one.
A group holds you. A one-on-one session sees you.
In individual sessions, there is space to go at your own pace, follow what's actually present for you, and work with the specific patterns, history and experiences that shape you.
  • 100% for you
A session that's built around you, your body, your pace, your needs. Sometimes being fully witnessed and receiving undivided attention is already transformative in itself.
  • You set the pace
There's no template to follow and no pressure to perform. At any point you can slow down, pause, or shift direction. This space is yours to navigate.
  • Your body, your practice
Wether you're bringing tension, curiosity, a question, or just the need to arrive somewhere: this is where we start. No assumptions, just genuine attention and an approach that adapts to what's present.

What other people say about working with me
I have been in Lis' fluentbody classes for some time now. They were helpful for me to improve my body awareness, muscle/fascia control, and flexibility. She has simple yet eye opening sentences/phrases for describing the movements, which helps hugely to understand the concepts and underlying perspectives in an easy way. She holds sessions with an explorative and inviting way, keeping it light, playful and sometimes funky. music playlists are another well-suiting part of the sessions, which she shares openly when it is asked. thanks

I have been practicing Fluentbody weekly with Lis for a 1.5 year now and have also taken part in the Anxiety Lab.

Lis classes are a journey for me—a journey through body qualities, textures, movement, empowerment, and reflections on my political body. It is a journey through all kinds of emotions, from happiness and playfulness like a child to moments that bring tears to my eyes. Reconnecting with my playfulness reminds me of its existence and allows it to be there and grow.

It is a journey of creativity with myself and my body, of coming into contact with it while staying in contact with others. It is a journey where everthing belongs and where everything is held with safety. Lis accompanies this process with thoughtful and profound words.

Whatever I bring, however I am, I feel accepted. Practicing with Lis has given me a space where I can explore, feel, create, and belong.

Lis is one of my favourite movement facilitators in Berlin. She creates a space that feels authentic, welcoming, accessible, and wonderfully queer-friendly.
After sustaining a serious knee injury during a performance, I struggled to trust my body again or find a class where I felt free to move and dance without fear—or without feeling like I wasn't "good" or "strong" or "fit" enough. Lis's Fluent Body classes offered exactly what I needed: a gentle yet deeply supportive space to explore movement again and reconnect with my body in a meaningful, playful way.
What I appreciate most is the invitation to meet yourself exactly where you are. Lis creates a calm and clear atmosphere - there is no performative pressure to be anything other than who you are when you walk into the room. Whether you're arriving with joy, grief, rage, exhaustion, curiosity, or everything all at once, there's space for it. Lis creates an environment where all emotions are welcome and movement becomes a way of allowing and listening to your body rather than trying to change or fix it. That sense of acceptance has been deeply healing for me.
These classes have become a cherished weekly ritual—an essential part of both my movement practice and my nervous system care. I always leave feeling more grounded, more connected to myself, and more at home in my body. I'm incredibly grateful for Lis and the beautiful, playful space she creates.
